How much do your services cost?
Each service is priced on a case by case basis, depending on the time commitment, amount of resource creation required and size of community. Contact us to discuss your needs.
What does community management involve?
Community management requires a highly diverse skillset and high emotional intelligence. The exact tasks required vary by community and need but a community manager will onboard new members, ensure compliance with codes of conduct, create materials and community programs, and more.
How long will you manage a community for?
We’re happy to provide short-term help or provide longer term community management. For a stable and healthy community, consistency is an important element as relationship building is the core component to a community.
How do you grow a community?
This largely depends on what the community needs and how big it is currently. We would assess your current community and efforts to best determine what may be needed for growth. However, we strongly believe it is not the size of your community but how engaged the members are.
Do you manage in-person or remote communities?
Our experience is in managing global remote communities. However, we can also manage local or small communities.
